Returning Products
If you have merchandise that you wish to return, please contact your sales representative or distributor for arrangements. If you purchased directly from L’Avant Garde or from the L’Avant Garde website, please contact us for a returns authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Without an RA number, your return request cannot be processed.
Please allow 10 business days from the date of arrival in our distribution center for your return to be processed. Credit will be applied automatically to your next order.
Returns Policy
L’Avant Garde will accept returns on sellable merchandise with proof of purchase. All returns are for merchandise credit only. Returns after 14 days of invoice date will be credited at full value. Returns after 30 days of invoice date will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returns without proof of purchase will have credit issued at the lowest sale price on record and subject to a 30% restocking fee.
No Returns on the Following Items
Old packaging, defaced products, used products (unless defective), products without labels, discontinued items, holiday items, or custom made items.
